Public contract relating to preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services, development and training of internal applications developed under FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server of the Parliament of Wallonia This service contract covers preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, development and training services for internal applications developed under FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server (Aquarius) of the Parliament of Wallonia. These applications are integrated into all the daily processes of the Parliament of Wallonia, in particular: - management of committees; - organization of plenary sessions; - accounting ; - human resources management; - inventory management; - automated exchanges with an Oracle database. The contract aims to guarantee: - the maintenance in operational condition of FileMaker applications, their scripts, models and functions; - resolution of blocking and non-blocking incidents and anomalies; - compatibility, the reliability and integrity of exchanges with Oracle and third-party systems; - the necessary updates, fixes and optimizations; - support for the functional and technical evolution of the system; - the transmission of skills via formations ciblées.
