- This public contract aims at compiling lists of lawyers who can be appointed by NEO CVBA and charged with assignments to advise, assist and represent NEO CVBA as part of an assignment that is assigned for a period of four (4) years with the eye onthe management of certain files within the subject matter referred to in each of the two lots concerned.
Generally speaking, the attorney's assignment may consist of:
•Representation before and/or during the dispute procedure;
•Legal advice;
•Preparing various contractual documents;
•Onmaking legal documents;
•Intervention with a view to possible negotiations if a settlement is legally possible and appropriate;
•Assist and possibly represent the AO in negotiations with the various actors considered.
For the achievement of thisvarious assignments It is expected that a lawyer or several lawyers will be made available to the AO who are specialized in the various fields related to the assignment of the AO (cfr. plots).
The assignment is divided into two (2) lots. Tenderers may submit an offsubmit a claim for one or more lots. In the latter hypothesis, they submit a separate offer for each of the lots for which they tender. Each plot is regarded as a separate assignment (and is therefore assigned individually and separately).
