- This market consists of the energy renovation of the building of the Juprelle works service. This energy renovation is part of the Wallonia recovery plan (project n ° 49): public buildings - energy renovation of buildings belonging to local powers. It is funded by the European Union and more particularly by the ease of recovery and resilience (RRF). As such, the contractor must respect the principle of DNSH (see booklet in the appendix to the present CSCH), and all costs which relate to it are included in its unit and global prices.
