- The Sampling Manual for Customs and Tax Authorities (Samancta) is a cooperation tool of the Customs Laboratories European Network (CLEN). Its aim is to improve the quality of samples received for analysis at laboratories, to harmonise procedures across Europe and to provide constructive guidance to customs officials on the sampling methods to be used for each type of product. This Lot will provide support services in these activities.
