- Purpose of the framework agreement: Supply of vehicles such as articulated electric buses. Description of the framework agreement: These vehicles will be new and of the bus type, Class I, within the meaning of R107. The only authorized external source of energy is electricity. THE proposed vehicle being a fully electric vehicle, the heating auxiliaries will also be. The framework agreement is made up of 2 lots: It is specified that the presumed quantities indicated below for each of the lots are given purely indicative, without commitment on the part of the contracting authority to actually order them. No compensation may be claimed by the successful bidder if the orders placed, via the subsequent contracts of this framework agreement, do not reach the presumed quantities. The quantities actually ordered may therefore be lower than the presumed quantity but may not, in any case, exceed the maximum quantity indicated for each batch. Quantities (presumed and maximum) are calculated over the maximum total duration of the contract, i.e. 6 years in accordance with point II.12 below. Each subsequent contract will specify the quantity of vehicles per order.
