- As part of the care of patients suffering from chronic pathologies, long-term oxygen therapy at home constitutes an essential service, governed by INAMI regulations. This treatment improves the quality of patients' lives by ensuring a continuous supply of medical oxygen, while promoting their autonomy. In order to guarantee the continuity, safety and quality of this care, healthcare establishments must rely on providers specialists capable of supplying, installing, maintaining and renewing the necessary medical devices, in accordance with the technical and regulatory requirements in force. This public procurement therefore aims to select one or more qualified service providers to provide these services throughout the territory concerned, in compliance with safety standards, traceability and availability of equipment. If the INAMI agreement which concerns the reimbursement of medical devices described in this market were to be modified during the execution of the contract, the bidder then undertakes, for all the medical devices concerned, not to exceed the reimbursement base determined by the INAMI, regardless of the way in which the INAMI defines and will define this reimbursement basis (in an agreement, on a nominative list or in its nomenclature). The nature of the modification therefore only concerns a downward revision of the price of medical devices...
