Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide temporary nursing and medical staff.
Under the case law of the European Court of Justice, the maximum total volume of the framework agreement over its entire duration is limited to: €8,160,000 excluding VAT
After this maximum volume, it will no longer be permitted to award contracts based on the framework agreement, without prejudice to the possibility of resorting to Articles 38 to 38/19 of the RGE. Subsequent contracts in progress will continue in accordance with its contractual provisions. Additionally, last orders will be placed even if they tip the threshold.

•Marie Curie Civil Hospital
•Andre Vesale Hospital
•And the three rest homes (Happy Stay, Quietude and Pierre Paulus)
