Description : The aim of the contract is to supply the European Union-s civilian CSDP Missions, its Special Representatives and other CFSP-funded entities, with the equipment necessary for their proper functioning. The range of equipment covers Information Technology (IT), Medical, Security, and Infrastructure and Facilities. This variety should allow the above-mentioned entities access to a standardised and easily available set of assets. Furthermore, for some of the equipment foreseen, emphasis will be put on rapid availability and delivery of assets, in order to allow newly created entities to reach initial operational capability quickly.
The equipment shall be provided in favour of 21 CFSP bodies and persons (11 civilian Common Security Defence Policy Missions, 9 European Union Special Advisors and 1 other CFSP entity) The list of participating contracting authorities shall be disclosed in the section I of the future contract notice following this prior information notice.
