This market is a service market within the meaning of article 2, paragraph 1, 21 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.
Subject of the services: provision, deployment, implementation and maintenance of an integrated digital solution for management of HR SOFT.
Are also part ofThe object of the market:
• Project management whose change management;
• Solidding of the solution;
• All interfacings and synchronization of data in the new environment;
• The formation of PA and its collaborators.
The solution sought by the contracting authority(PA) will have to meet two main objectives:
• Manage the signage data for all persons, employees or not, requiring various access to the institutional information system;
• Offer to more than 5,000 employees, including employees, independent and volunteers, accessSecure to their personal data and the main HR management processes via an integrated and continuous secure and accessible secure web solution (SAAA), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Used at the CHU (MGDAPPS), which is itself upstream of the identifiers management process, email addresses, Active Directory, and badge management systems.
