Description:
In general, the assignment concerns the provision, installation, configuration, production and maintenance of an integrated CMS: • issuing the necessary licenses; • the software implementation, parameterization and configuration (including CSS); • provided withn interfaces to other software solutions used by the Province of Antwerp; • technical guidance of the data migration from the current CMS (built on the AEM platform) to the new environment. The province will take care of the mapping, rewriting, reworking, validating... of existing content and is looking for possible tools that the tenderer can provide to make this process as simple as possible (if existing/applicable); • a 'hypercare', in particular the intensive monitoring and rapid resolution of problems and 'teething problems' after the go-live, eveas well as ensuring 'aftercare' (verification of proper functioning and further follow-up of users); • provide 'train-the-trainer' training tailored to the different user types, including e-learning and training material in Dutch adapted to the configuration ofthe Contracting Entity.
