- The Province of Limburg wishes to conclude a framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain and adjust the proper functioning of the various fire detection installations. The annual maintenance is much more extensive than one normal inspection by a recognized inspection body. The maintenance includes: - testing the power plant; - testing the detectors and push buttons; - testing the evacuation system; - testing the information report, the telephone relay; - It testing of controls: HVAC, fire doors, elevators, etc...; - replacing the detectors after an operating period of 8 years in accordance with the standard; - replacing defective parts such as sirens, manual detectors,... during the term of the contract. In addition to annual maintenance and periodic replacement of detectors and defective parts, there must also be an on-call service (24/24, 7/7) to ensure - to assist by telephone; - to act online at the level of the intelligent exchange; - It sending an experienced technician with the necessary spare parts for an on-site intervention (within 6 hours of telephone call).
