- The framework agreement is a framework agreement for services whose object is 'Handling of outgoing mail for the Christian Mutuality and its entities'. Place of service: various locations in Belgium. CM communicates with its members on a regular basis. She does this through versechilling channels where physical mail is still an important element. Every year CM makes millions of shipments (see appendix B) to its members via physical mail. A large part of this is sent via its own automatic system. Yet millions of shipments are sent via francs every yearkering cleanmail, franking machine or sent out by the "collect and frank" system. These are envelopes that cannot be sent via the digital channel for a multitude of reasons. These figures are indicative and do not bind the contracting authority in any way to purchase this amountnnumbers. We suspect that the number of residual mail will also decrease in the coming years. The handling of outgoing mail includes: collecting, sorting, franking, transporting and distributing postal items (national, international letters, parcels and registered mail). CM is looking for a ppartner who can take care of these shipments autonomously and provide CM with complete peace of mind, and who can also offer savings on postage costs. CM wants the necessary flexibility within the context of this assignment and a contractor who thinks along with the growth of CM to manage the outgoing mail....
