- Providing food and non-food Meat and cold cuts Lot 1 consists of fresh (not frozen) meat and meat products. These must be of good quality, this will be regularly checked by the food inspection. The tenderer must be inventory with daily prices. The inventory takes into account daily prices according to the date of submission of the quotation. The client expects the meat to be of high quality. The tenderer therefore demonstrates in his tender that the origin is known and reliable, in the “country of origin” column. The client is free to check these daily prices against the market prices at that time at any time. If there is a major discrepancy here, the client reserves it right to request price confirmation or refuse invoices. Vegetables and fruits Plot 2 consists of fresh (not frozen) vegetables and fruit.
