- Explanation: The hospital wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of coffee and related products and services, spread over different plots to meet the various use situations within the organization. Plot 1 “Department coffee (percolators/ground coffee) ”: Supply of ground coffee in large volumes for percolators in departments (use by patients and staff). AZ Klina attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees and patients and wishes them well to allow all services to enjoy high-quality and tasty coffee. Within this plot, the only purpose is to supply ground coffee, intended for use in the existing hot drink facilities within the hospital. The delivery of coffee machines, maintenance or technical services are not part of this plot. Current situation (for information purposes only) The current hot drink provision within AZ Klina uses Bravalor coffee machines that work with ground coffee. AZ Klina does not use instant coffee or frozen coffee for this plot. This information is only provided for location purposes and does not create any obligation for the tenderers within this lot.
