Introduction
According to the sectoral provisions from the hospital sector, ZAS wants to offer its colleagues/employees the opportunity to lease a bicycle. This is part of one of our actions on a broader mobility policy with accompanying action plan.
Fietsleasing
The Fietsleasing within our sectormust be done from the end -of -year bonus, as determined within the healthcare sector. It is a gross wage exchange, making it interesting for our employees.
Important comments
A ceiling of € 12,000 applies to the end -of -year bonus for the healthcare sector. This meansThe fact that the total gross lease price of the bicycle should not be higher than € 12,000.
Organization
ZAS is a challenging structure of staff and campuses. Our 10,000 employees are spread over different campuses. Since our merger in 2024, not all processes are well coordinated, andAs a hospital, we are still taking steps in the direction of personnel policy and care strategy.
Requirements for the leasing company
The complexity and size of our organization ensure that ZAS is looking for a leasing company that can set up the (almost) full flow around the Fietsleasing.Given the current capacity at HR, we want to be involved as little as possible in the bicycle leasing process for individual employees. ZAS is looking for a partner who can fully relieve us for the aspect of the Fietsleasing.
