Description:
This market is the subject of financing within the framework of the call for projects "Valorization of property with high heritage value" of the Wallonia recovery plan for the restoration of a farm within the framework of the "on the field" project. These are the development work on the outskirts, infrastructure and various equipment. The work mainly concerns: - earthworks; - the installation of drainage networks for wastewater and rainwater; - the installation of a lifting station; - the realization of a storm basin as well as wells lost for the infiltration of the waters; - the opening of a trench for private impetrants, intended to accommodate various networks (low voltage, water supply, technical ducts) as well as a heat network serving several buildings; - The dismantling work of existing coatings, the reconstruction of various chests and the implementation of new coatings; - Various landscaping works, including plantations and the installation of furniture.
