- A part of integration is offering Social Orientation (MO). Every year, around 25,000 newcomers (and oldcomers) follow the program in Flanders and Brussels. The content of the course contains 11 life domains, such as living, working, mobility, family, ... The objectives are both general and practical in nature. The students speak a different language and during the MO course they do not yet master sufficient Dutch to achieve the set goals. We provide the lessons and teaching materials in the student's native or contact language. AgII has invested significantly in recent years to differentiate and digitalize its MO offering. This has resulted in a framework for orientation in which integrators, based on screening, are referred to the most suitable offering, including self-study, guided self-study, digital courses, ICT preliminary processes in function of the digital MO offering and classroom education. Customized courses are also organized for specific ones target groups, such as job seekers (construction, healthcare, IT sector pathways), students and young people. The differentiation is based on experiences with distance learning since the pandemic, pilots, scientific research and surveys within various target groups. It distinction only concerns the form of the course; the content remains uniform. All forms of education treat the full set of educational objectives as basic content to meet standardized testing. ...
