Project management "training management application"
This market is a service market which has the purpose of the services of a project manager "training management application", possibly assisted by a junior collaborator. These are therefore consultancy services with a view to organizing and planning the implementation of the project to implement the new training management solution, from the acquisition phase of the application, until its Deployment, including after the implementation phase. This new application will be configured and implemented by an external supplier with its own project manager. However, an equivalent on the side of IFEC is essential to ensure the management, monitoring and coordination of the project. Not having such internal skills, the PA intends to use the services of an external consultant, the subject of this market. This market constitutes the revival of a first unsuccessful market. By ease, the modifications made to the CSC of this first market are highlighted in yellow in the text.
