Description:
Within AZ Delta use is made of the Freshservice application of supplier FreshWorks. This ITMS tool is mainly used within IT, but also limited within the lab and the HRM department of AZ Delta. In 2024, within IT AZ Delta, the choice was made to place documentation in Atlassian's confluence. Given the strong integration/link between Confluence and the Jira platform, we want to make the switch from FreshService to the Jira Service Management Platform. This is initially for the IT service and the lab that handle tickets within this package, in a later phase also our HRM department that processes certain applications in this way. We therefore strive to make a switch from our current ITMS tool to the Jira Platform by 1 April 2026 because our licenses will be canceled on 1 May.
