Framework agreement for the supply of a Global Risk register.
Infrabel is looking for a supplier that offers an on-premise solution to support the creation and management of hazard registers and technical supporting during use (all in one package).
These hazard registers are intended to link hazards to business activities and provide different visualizations tailored to different target groups, providing user-specific insights.
These registersshould also include a process for monitoring safety barriers, based on the perception of their robustness, and able to report on their actual effectiveness through feedback. This is not strictly a risk assessment, but global indicators of confidence in our security barriere management system, which makes it possible to provide analysis reports that can serve as a basis for the entire organization.
With regard to the companies listed as buyers in points 1 and 8, we would like to clarify that the contracting authority for this contract is Infrabel is. This contract therefore covers Infrabel's needs, but could also be the subject of orders for other potential beneficiaries of the framework agreement, namely NMBS and/or TUC RAIL (listed as purchasers).
