Description:
The purpose of this service contract is to be a project author with a view to the implementation of cycling infrastructure in the province of Luxembourg and in the Municipality of Lierneux. It is structured into three distinct lots. Each batch concerns a mission complete form of project author relating to the development of a specific section of cycle-pedestrian path. Each mission includes the following phases: sketch, preliminary project, application for planning permission (if applicable), project and preparation of the file execution, assistance in the analysis of work offers, monitoring, control and direction of the execution of the work, and site supervision. The sections concerned are geographically and technically independent, and are therefore each the subject of a batch separated. For each of the three lots, only the “sketch” phase is the subject of a firm tranche. The following phases are conditional tranches, the completion of which is subject to an express decision by the contracting authorities. Each batch can be separately assigned.
