- Purpose of the services: Programming and advice mission with a view to building a collective palace on the Plaine campus. Location of the service: Campus Plaine - Ixelles This specifications aimed at the designation of a service provider, multidisciplinary team, Capable of carrying out a mission encompassing all the parameters necessary for the establishment of functional and technical, urban, landscape and architectural, real estate and financial programming for the future development of the collective palace project. This market consists of 4 Main phases having as its object: - TRANCE 1 (Farm): Analysis of identified needs and the project context - TRANCE 2 (Farm): Study of programmatic, spatial and financial scenarios - Tranche 3 (farm): framing and development of the selected scenario - Tranche 4 (conditional): Preparation: Preparation) Tender documents in the form of a design & build for the design and construction of the project: Each main tranche is available in subtacions. See technical clauses below. Tranche 4 is conditional. The contracting authority reserves the right to ordeal it or not by function of its necessity, its cost and the possibilities of financing and the decisions taken internally for the continuation of the project.
