- IVAGO is looking for a provider to process sweeping waste that was collected mechanically in its operating area. The collaboration will be entered into for a period of 4 years and will start on July 1, 2026. IVAGO takes care of the transport to the processor/order holder, so this is not part of the order. Transport is usually done with a container truck with a 22 m³ container, removal with 2 22 m³ containers is also possible. The sweeping waste must be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations legislation, in other words to the rules of VLAREMA and all other legal obligations. According to the OVAM guidelines, the sweeping waste must be processed in a soil cleaning center. The processing location is at a for this activity permit location preferably located in or adjacent to the IVAGO operating area. The tenderer provides the processing location when registering. This location must be less than 40 miles from the central point (= the IVAGO site, Proeftuinstraat 43, 9000 Ghent) calculated on the basis of the shortest distance by road (one way via Routenet). The contract holder has a calibrated weighbridge at the processing location. IVAGO must be available on all weekdays delivering sweeping waste from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. IVAGO expects the tenderer to process the sweeping waste in a legally correct and environmentally conscious manner.
