Description:
IVAGO is looking for a provider for the processing (in other words the acquisition and effective recycling) of its so-called "incineration scrap": the ferrous metals removed from the bottom ash (EURAL code 19.01.02), originating from the waste-to-energy plant - including the associated logistics activities. The intended processing period runs over a period of two years starting from January 1, 2026, possibly followed by 2 extensions of 1 and 11/2 years respectively, ending at the latest on July 1, 2030 (end of the current AEC permit). The provider must guarantee the processing location and the correct management of the required collection containers and the continuity of the disposal, the latter by organizing all necessary transports in a timely manner from the central point at the IVAGO AEC to the processor and all associated reports to ensure traceability to demonstrate (including with regard to the waste register, etc.). The incineration scrap (mainly ferrous) is released almost continuously from the AEC installation, which runs continuously 24/7 with an availability of approximately 95% on an annual basis - it is buffered in the available sales containers. The assignment concerns the complete logistics and processing of this material flow. The metal must be processed with a view to maximum reuse in industry.
