The purpose of this market, is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of legal services by lawyers on behalf of the FPS Finance, General Administration of Treasury (AGTRATED). The services concern only procedures in relatively small / simple litigation (stake ≤ 250,000 euros). These litigation may concern the following subjects: Civil law, judicial law, administrative law, public procurement and commercial law. The successful tenderer will represent the contracting authority when processing litigation
