The SPF Social Security is currently carrying out a series of actions relating to the internal control of the organization. One of the linked aspects concerns a project to automate our business review. This Business Review is a quarterly monitoring of operational objectives. The tool currently used to support this process is an Excel monitoring scheme created internally. The SPF sought to make this follow -up more efficient and coherent, emphasizing the automation of certain processes in the tool and trying to establish links with the different levels of reporting within the SPF. To this end, we have conducted an internal analysis of the current situation and the various reporting methods within services, an analysis of existing tools on the market and the approach within our public sector. From this first analysis, it was decided to develop scenarios focused on the way the SPF intends to evolve towards an integrated automation of the business review process.
