Description:
The purpose of this assignment is to receive the service described below:
1. Monthly printing and sending the following pieces to patients of the white-yellow cross, delivered and executed by entity:
-Processing piece of performance: sending a proof of the performance delivered The patient is regulations imposed by the RIZIV. This is an overview of performance delivered by the home nurse and reimbursed by the patient's health insurance fund.
-Invoices: sending invoices of reimbursed bare performance to the patient.
-This items can Also combined with other documents such as overview of the WGK services, important information, adjusted regulations or agreements, etc. This is also per entity and can also be different per month.
The documents for the same patient must be merged and sent in one delivery.
The delivery of this information is primarily done digitally. If not possible, a paper shipment will be made. This is described in detail in the third part of this specifications.
2. Daily correspondence per entity
This is about the daily correspondence that is finished in a digital way and is not possible in a paper manner. This is described in detail in the third part of this specifications.
3. Saving periodic magazine.
