Description:
The market concerns all the services related to the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC installations of buildings managed or operated by Brussels Environment (the exhaustive inventory died). This list is non-exhaustive, sites/installations can be deleted or added by the PA in Execution lessons.
The purpose of this specifications is to define the clauses and obligations of the parties relating to the carrying out of the following missions:
▪ L'Entretien (on an annual maintenance plan) and the repair (on mission and/or call order) of the installations.
▪ Evacuation and The elimination of waste produced by the operation, in accordance with the regulations in force.
▪The main characteristics of the above installations are included in the summary inventory of this specifications.
Component A: buildings occupied by the workers in Brussels Environment
Shutter B: residential buildings: concierge (occupied by the concierges) and/or the forest houses (occupied by the forest guards).
This list is non -limitive and does not engage the PA, it is therefore up to A to complete it according to the statements made by its Care (the contractor (a) will clearly indicate the differences in an annex).
Additional technical information can be obtained from the PA.
The PA undertakes to make available to A, for consultation, all the elements in its possession.
