Purpose of the services: Market of services relating to preventive, corrective and scalable maintenance of the anti-intrusion installations of provincial buildings and associated remote monitoring.
The designated service provider will be responsible for the performance and proper functioning of the equipment security, to ensure optimal protection against intrusions. He will also be responsible for coordinating, in the event of an intrusion, the intervention of the guarding company, in accordance with the defined protocols.
The province of Walloon Brabant currently has 47 anti-intrusion plants The Vanderbilt brand.

This market has two components:
-A service market aspect of the preventive maintenance of anti-intrusion facilities for provincial buildings and associated remote monitoring, the execution of which will start from the day after notification market for a period of 48 months;
-A Service market component in the form of a framework agreement for corrective and scalable maintenance of the anti-intrusion facilities of provincial buildings, the execution of which will be carried out through subsequent markets concluded during its period of validity;
The framework agreement relating to corrective and scalable maintenance will be concluded with a single contractor and the markets based on this framework agreement will be awarded to this participant within the limits of the conditions set there.
