Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to conclude a framework agreement, relating to the maintenance of UMONS elevators, for a maximum of 4 years.
This framework agreement is concluded with 3 economic operators, insofar as there are a sufficient number of economic operators, satisfactoryto the criteria of qualitative selection and as far as their offer is regular.
The markets based on this framework agreement are allocated within the limits of the conditions set in this framework agreement. All the clauses of the royal decree of January 14, 2013 apply to each marketIndividual in particular article 7 for markets of an amount of less than 30,000 - HTVA.
This agreement will be concluded, as a priority, with the main attribute, the other 2 assignees intervening, for the terms fixed, in the event of a lack of execution of the main attribute, leading to aTermination, limited or complete, of the framework agreement as far as it is concerned. For non-fixed terms (price of parts to be replaced), the contracting authority reserves the right to consult all the attributors.
Limit of the framework agreement:
the maximum value on this framework agreement abovewhich the framework agreement has no more effect amounts to 1,000,000 - HTVA.
