Notice of pre-information The Spa-Francorchamps circuit ("Le Circuit") is studying a public-private partnership (PPP) to develop tourist accommodation and reception spaces. The project relates to the renovation and exploitation of two buildings ideally located on the edge of the track:- Hotel de l'Eau Rouge: renovation in reception and accommodation space. - Villa T 'Stertevens: renovation in accommodation.
The circuit aims to identify a strategic, financial and operational partner to manage these two sites via a concession, with the possibility of aminority participation of the circuit.
