Description:
IVAGO is looking for a provider (a qualified civil contractor) to carry out various smaller civil works on our site located experimental garden street 43, 9000 Ghent. These works consist of: · Various demolition works of old foundations (manual demolition work and mechanical demolition work) · The construction of a reinforced concrete driving path (for forklift trucks) and a storage zone for gas bottles · The construction of a new clinker zone in a sand bed for placing a closed container (to be supplied by IVAGO) · The filling some wells with reinforced concrete and disconnecting the sewerage · Leveling a zone for disposal containers with (cemented) crushed stone or gravel OR construction of grass areas for heavy traffic · Creating a new reinforced concrete zone for disposal containers and vehicles · The construction of a new reinforced concrete zone for a new storage tank (50 m3) and some other technical equipment (carrying capacity to be definitively determined later) · The creation of a green zone along the hedge · The adapting an existing metal staircase (dismantling, turning, replacing) Installing existing and new bump posts Finding the correct location (route and depth) of the underground gas pipes Creating a zone in new rubble stone (mouse and rat resistant) The contractor must work in accordance with the KMW environmental and welfare guidelines (document 16-KMW-F014 in attachment).
