• PREPARATION, TRANSPORT AND MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE MEALS FOR THE MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS AND PLAYGROUNDS OF WOLUWE-ST-LAMBERT FROM 2026 TO 2030 CONFECTION AND LIVRAISON DE POTAGES BIO AND LIAISON FROIDE The meals are prepared on the day of consumption an approved central kitchen and then delivered at a temperature of more than 65 °C until distribution in the schools. This distribution method complies with the regulations of the FASFC, the HACCP standards, Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 and the Belgian royal decrees on food hygiene. The transport must ensure a continuous temperature of 65 °C thanks to isothermal vehicles or vehicles equipped with isothermal containers or heated compartments, with a system for temperature registration and traceability. The school meals (of all types) are preferably delivered in bulk and hot to the educational institutions, at the locations determined by the contracting authority. In the event of the entry into force of a municipal or other general emergency and intervention plan (ANIP), any requests for additional prepared meals must be fulfilled at the price proposed by the selected contractor. Without any exception, the contractor may: not rely on any shortcoming or omission to demand a surcharge on the price of its quotation.
