The Walloon Region has approximately 850 high -voltage electricity supply points (HT) and 2,350 low -voltage supply (BT) service managed by SPW services, Sofico and certain APW (Walloon Public actors) List of the Walloon Government (AWIPH, IPW, IWEPS, etc.). Data from these supply points is processed by the Directorate of Intelligent Transport Systems. This market includes the services described below: • The writing of the next special specifications for the supply of electricity HT and BT of SPW, SOFICO and certain APW equipment for the period covered on January 01, 2026 As of December 31, 2028 (alleged end date) and the analysis of offers. This also includes the analysis of the existing consumption profile of the contracting authority as well as the development and implementation of an energy strategy based on the entire portfolio of sites, including the ability to make links between Consumer and producers' sites. • Follow -up of the proper execution of the HT and BT electricity supply markets of the SPW, the SOFICO and certain APW.
