Description:
PR005 (A0111067 and others) - ATEX making silos. In the present program 'PR005', various sludge silos, spread throughout Flanders, are made explosion-proof (ATEX). This includes the following specific works by the contractor: • ATEX ventilation provided, carried out in accordance with: o new installation roof fan at the top of the sludge silo with free discharge, or o replace the radial fan at sites with odor treatment and install fail-safe valves to prevent biogas spread in the event of a power failure. The ventilation must always be equipped with a flow measurement as monitoring for both options. and a suitable measuring point is provided in the pipework. • ATEX instrumentation provided at the top of the sludge silo (being level measurement) • Associated necessary mechanical and electrical works (cable ducts, cabling, ATEX barriers, grinding/welding of openings, electrical adjustments in het ALSB, ..)
