Description:
Deeping Production Stock meal components in the library Proportion garage, gathering place of the meal boxes for transport. The meals can then be supplied as "disconnected cooking" (in cold line) in the service centers of Zorgbedrijf Antwerp. These service centers are spread over very large Antwerp. The design of the kitchen is done in a working residential care center, the tenderer lays a plan to limit the nuisance for the residential care center. A minimum continuity must also be guaranteed in the kitchen. For example, the following functions must be present: cooling / freezing (approx. 30m²), proportion 3 meals (150 residents WZC + 140 patients as high beeches), place meal cars (12 pieces) and dishes (of the 3 meals for 290 people). With the design and implementation of the assignment, all applicable regulations must be met and in particular the applicable regulations for residential care centers, such as the specific fire regulations.
