Description:
The project concerns the development and offering of micro-learning via a responsive web app (available for smartphone & PC) for +/- 5000 users & max 20 content creators. The project idea fits within "Efficient Organization" and aims to optimally the many courses supporting Changes To offer so that the learning time is minimal and the retention maximum. The content creation is already possible, the content distribution to Mobile Devices is not possible today. The project is about distributing knowledge and content up to the 5000 employees of VDAB. The current, existing systems were already viewed and it appears that too many disadvantages or not enough. There are enough tools in the house for content creation today, not yet for its distribution.
The main objective is therefore distribution of a skill -based approach to learning where information in small, very tailored fragments is offered. It is the ideal way to quickly find answers to specific problems. The terms Just-in-case and just-in-time are current typing compared to traditional learning. For example: important new functionality of this software package - as soon as possible get info up to the relevant employees. Get a short demo of this new functionality at the right time to the right employees.
