The purpose of this market is, according to the clauses and prescriptions of this specifications, the conclusion of a multi -year market, known as "order form", lasting two years (24 months) for the development, during this period, of "firefighter" van for the transport of intervention equipment and the supply of generatorial groups for the Wallonia Picardy rescue area.
