The housing units after work must be healthy, safe and achieve at least label B of the certification relating to the energy performance of buildings. will reach at least the following values: • Heat requirements = low • Performance of the heating installation = good • Performance of the DHW installation = good • Ventilation system = complete Interventions on the building will therefore be: • Electrical work • Insulation work facades and attics • Installation work on controlled mechanical ventilation Replacement work on exterior joinery
