Description:
The purpose of this contract is the supply, placement and maintenance service, in Walloon territory, of fixed permanent cyclo-pedestrian or cyclist counting stations on paths reserved for these users, as well as the supply of a monitoring system. data transfer and managements harvested. Some stations must have a system for displaying cyclist counts in real time.
Each fixed permanent counting station captures in a differentiated manner the direction of passage of cyclists and pedestrians, as well as the associated transport vehicles. Each station mustt be able to be energetically self-sufficient, completely resistant to bad weather and vandalism.
"Data" means any data produced, collected, processed or managed by the tenderer within the framework of this contract. The data is collected and centralized directly by software.common to all stations. The system presents an interface capable of comparatively processing the geographical and temporal distribution of the data collected.
All data will be the property of the Public Service of Wallonia.
