Lot 1 is divided into slices: 1) Farm edge: baelen-wellkenraedt bond via Corbusch; Landing work of a cycle route between the center of Baelen and the commune of Welkenraedt, 25 working days; 2) Conditional edge: Baelen-Eupen link via Stockem; Development work of a cycle route between Overoth and Stockem, 15 working days. It will only be lifted for the granting of a sufficient subsidy.
