Complete development of a cycle link divided into 2 phases as follows: ▪ Works on the land acquired by the Municipality (objects of the firm phase of the market): - The creation of a cycle track in ocher-colored concrete, 2.5m wide; - Preparatory work for the removal of the vegetation in the work area; - Demolition of the wall to the necessary width; - Earthworks and works made necessary; - The installation of prefabricated concrete retaining walls along the track, on the section running alongside the existing building; - The establishment of breeze fences to protect adjacent property; - The installation of devices to isolate the area preserved by the FWB, namely: high fence, hedges, barriers, etc. - The installation of gutters to collect runoff water and discharge it into the existing network; - The layout a meeting area between the new cycle path and the existing RAVeL, including the paving stone area, the street furniture (bench, balustrades, etc.), the planting of the central island, etc. ▪ Work on the regional roads and rue de la Boviere (objects of the conditional phase of the market): - The demolition of existing pavements and roads, including the linear elements bordering them; - Widening the shoulder on the RAVeL side to allow the cycle link; the shoulder being covered with concrete paving stones (ochre and gray); - Construction in line with roads long ago...
