At Fluvius, both customers and employees are central. We are convinced that the fitness of our employees is directly related to their well-being (physical and mental) at work. Fluvius wants to set up a program to encourage as many employees as possible to work on a voluntary basisasis and improve their physical well-being in a responsible manner. The ultimate goal is to achieve behavioral change by installing new habits among as many Fluvius colleagues as possible. The 'Fluvius family' has approximately 5,500 employees with very diverse profiles (office memployees, technicians, etc.) also in terms of physical well-being. The Fluviussers are active at various locations throughout Flanders. The well-being activities continue on various campuses (Melle, Hasselt, Torhout, Brussels and Mechelen) and/or online. The challenge is thereto encourage as many people as possible to take action to take their physical health to a higher level, whatever their starting point, and to continue to motivate them to go one step further. Our ambition is to integrate 'well-being' into the corporate culture so that spbeing talked about. For the framework agreement, we are looking for a partner who can offer project management, medical specialization and technological expertise.
