Description:
IRE ELiT is one of only two global suppliers of germanium-68 (68Ge) / gallium-68 (68Ga) generators approved as a drug (EU) / API (US) in Nuclear medicine. The generator is a device allowing the elution of a chloride solution gallium (68Ga) for radiolabeling. This solution is eluted from a column on which the mother nuclide germanium-68 (68Ge), parent of gallium-68 (68Ga) is fixed on a stationary phase. The phase must undergo a series of washes/rinses before to be inserted into the column. Currently, these column preparation steps are carried out manually.
