Description:
The quotation demand deals with the underground energy storage system (primary installation called), type KWO or cold heat storage that must be laid for the project. The sources must be installed according to indicated in attached plans. With the technical provisions in thisCutbook also hear the measurement state, the plans and attachments. The contractor must build a working whole, being a geothermal installation with a fully primary circuit up to and including the divorce changer with the HVAC installation that includes all necessary components (bothdrilling, seals, equipment, pipework, fittings, fittings, electrical and technical components TEM starts and control). This installation must work completely autonomously with a minimal interaction with the HVAC installation of the building (only release heating orCooling required and set point operating flow). This new building will consist of a main building with offices, reception rooms,day -spending rooms as well as studios and also three urban villas (for four living groups of five people each). The project is located between Nieuwstraat, Hoofdstraat and Windmolenstraat in Eksel.
