The market is passed by Open procedure subject to Belgian and European publicity.
This market will be concluded by framework agreement with several participants. All the terms being fixed in these specifications, the award of subsequent contracts will be done in "cascade".
Specifically, poFor each batch, each order will be placed with the supplier having obtained the best quotation.
If the winning bidder ranked number 1 indicates that he is unable to deliver the order within the contractual delivery times, the order is sent "in cascade" to the winning bidder ctired number 2 then to that classified number 3 and so on.
The contracting authority reserves the right to award the lots to different bidders or to the same bidder, and the possibility of not awarding one or more lots.
