- The contracting authority entrusts the project author the following tasks: 1. The realization of topographic liftings of the field; 2. The development of the sketch, comparing possible route solutions and with the corresponding estimates; 3. The establishment of soil test requirements(number, location and depth of CPTS, boreholes, and samples for the RQT/CCQT) and other considerations (piezometer, excavations, etc); 4. The survey of residents when housing is to be connected on the studied network; 5. The development of the preliminary draft; 6. Takescontacts with any outside speaker, necessary for the progress of the study (with municipal administrations, with the various SPW departments, with residents, with Ores, contact with companies, Natagora, etc.); 7. Organization of Impentants coordination meetings, yincluding participation in the Powalco meeting; 8. Development of the project; 9. Participation in project/plenary meetings with the municipality and information meeting for residents; 10. Development of meeting PVS; 11. Development of market documents (market notice, CSC, died, etc.); 12.Establishment of grip and pre-statement plans; 13. Establishment of prior requests for archaeological opinions if necessary, town planning permit, state authorization, and monitoring of administrative procedures. The mission consists only of the sketches of sketches,preliminary, and project. Analysis of offers, and management and control of work are not part of this market. The latter will be provided by in Bw.
