Description:
The purpose of this service contract is to set up a software solution for staff planning and task management in order to meet the needs of the operational departments of LIEGE
AIRPORT. This contract is a service contract with a firm slice and a sliceconditional.
The purpose of the firm phase is:
- The solution and the required modules
- The provision of the solution on a SaaS environment
- Specific developments and customizations for the integration of the solution in the LIEGE environment AIRPORT
- The tests
- The documentationand training;
- Licenses (also including the maintenance of the solution)
- Support
The conditional section "Scalability" is intended:
By Scalability, we mean the implementation of services allowing the evolution of the solution based on the evolution of the needs ofe LIEGE AIRPORT.
The number of hours to devote to this tranche amounts to 160 h/year.
The conditional tranche could be lifted from the second year of use.
As indicated above, LIEGE AIRPORT does not undertake to activate the conditional phase.
The conclusion of the contract relates toall but only commits LIEGE AIRPORT for the firm part
