Periodic legal inspection controls (quarterly), analysis ofRisks and parachute trial and the load limiter for all lifting devices of schools in Wallonia Brussels Education located in Brussels Control must be carried out by a SETC The controls must be carried out by a SEC (External Service forTechnical controls at the workplace approved by the SPF Emploi Labor and Social Consultation). In more detail, the services include: • A quarterly legal control visit for all technical lifting installations with the drafting of individual reports/certificates (cf.Technical clauses) • On request, the delivery of an individual and detailed risk analysis report for lifting devices (elevators) (see technical clauses). This position is carried out on the basis of an alleged quantity. • a parachute test and the load limiter annually for eachascenseur.
