- Description:
- The purpose of this contract is to carry out periodic checks imposed by the regulations in force for Belgian hospital institutions. This therefore includes all visits and control and/or expert reports in the field of safety of the installations taken from the quantity survey (Appendix B). The External Technical Inspection Service (SECT, the bidder) must meet the conditions mentioned in the Well-Being Code - Title 5. "External services for inspections techniques in the workplace", by the application of the articles as stipulated in Art. II.5-1 and 5-2. Coordination (planning, management of reports, validation of invoices) is carried out by the Operations Support Cell which collaborates with all of the technical services of the various locations of the institution. This will therefore be the sole point of contact (SPOC) for the successful bidder for all procedures (see details below). Description of the mission: Carrying out periodic checks of installations imposed by the legislation and codes of good practice in force (see details in the technical clauses). Each check of each device must be the subject of a single report. The bidder specifies for each technique, the splitting and the details of its reports.
